Donna Hudson is the Owner/Broker of Hudson Realty. She began her real estate career in 1981 and obtained her broker’s license in 1993. She also obtained her CRS and GRI degrees in 2006. Donna specializes in both residential and farm real estate. Having been raised on a farm in Pocahontas County and having lived in Pocahontas nearly all of her adult life, she has extensive knowledge of both agricultural and residential properties. She is the mother of two adult children. She is an actively involved in Hope United Methodist Church where she is an organist and serves on numerous committees. She is also an active member and current president of the Pocahontas Women’s Club and has enjoyed serving on several fund-raising committees for the community including the Rialto Theater and the Pocahontas Inn & Suites on which she serves on the Board. Donna is a past secretary of the United Counties Board of Realtors and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Iowa Association of Realtors and United Counties Board of Realtors.

Katie Halligan is a native of Pocahontas and a licensed Realtor® Broker Associate. By combining her passion to serve others and her natural project management skills, Katie will guide you through the buying and selling process. She stays busy with her three children – one in college and two in elementary school, and their two dogs. Katie is also church choir director, participates in the Community Chorus, volunteers for local events, committees, and assists with the annual Princess City Car Show. She loves the Pocahontas area and can introduce you to the many amenities and benefits of living a small-town life. After living in Cedar Rapids for several years, she moved back specifically because of the lifestyle of the small farming community.
